Hello! My name is Mrs. Tilford and I teach 4th grade at Heath Elementary School.

 

     Attending Murray State University, I received my Bachelor's & Master's Degrees in Education. Continuing my education, I received my Rank I from the Commonwealth of KY through the Continuing Education Option. My most recent accomplishment was obtaining my National Board Certification.

 

     During my twenty-three years of teaching, I have taught several areas ALL here at HES, including special needs aide, Title I, Kg., first, second, and third grades and now fourth grade. I know it will be a great year!

 

     I am married and have 2 sons, a Yorkie Terrier named Lucy and a new Beagle puppy named Cali. Our family stays busy attending various activities. We love to watch Cason play basketball and we also love visiting Connor at Walt Disney World where he is in the College Program. He will go back to college at Morehead State University in January.

 

     Some of my hobbies include shopping, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling to sunny vacation spots to relax.
